A specialty within Centerline Therapy

A space built for the things men don't usually say out loud.

Most therapy spaces weren't built with men in mind. The intake forms, the framing, the assumptions about what healing looks like — much of it was developed without men's particular ways of carrying things in view.

What men I work with usually come in carrying.

  • A successful life on paper that doesn't feel the way they thought it would
  • Irritability, distance, or a low-grade anger they don't fully understand
  • A marriage or partnership that's quietly drifting
  • Pressure to be the one who handles everything — and exhaustion underneath
  • Father wounds that resurface in moments they didn't expect
  • The question of "is this it?" showing up more often than they'd like to admit
  • A sense that they used to know themselves better than they do now

If any of that lands, you're in the right place.

What working with me looks like.

We meet for 50 minutes, usually weekly. The first session is for getting the lay of the land — you tell me what's going on, what you've tried, and what you're hoping for. I'll ask questions that probably go deeper than you expected, but never further than you're ready for.

My approach is depth-oriented. We don't just treat the symptom on the surface — we get curious about what's underneath. That's where lasting change actually lives.

Some men want short and focused work — a few months on a specific knot. Others stay longer because the work keeps opening into bigger things. Both are valid. We figure it out together.
