Two ways to
begin.

Two ways to start, and both are yours to choose. Most people begin with a free 15-minute call — no intake forms, no pressure. If you already know what you're looking for, you can book a full 50-minute session and skip straight to the work. In-person Mondays at my East Falls office, and virtual Tuesday through Thursday across Pennsylvania.

Both open the same calendar — pick whichever appointment type fits when you get there.

Not sure which to pick?

  • Choose the free 15-min call if you want to hear how I work, ask questions, or get a feel for whether we're a fit before committing
  • Choose a 50-min session if you already know you want to start and would rather use the time on the actual work
  • Coming as a couple? Book the couples session — or start with the free call together if you'd rather feel it out first. More on how couples work runs
  • Either way there's no paperwork or intake forms beforehand
  • Starting with a consultation costs nothing and never obligates you to book again

Sliding scale pricing is available. Sliding scale means the fee adjusts to fit your financial reality — if either rate is out of reach, say so on our call and we'll land on a number that works. No forms, no proof of income, no awkward negotiation.

I'm a private-pay practice and don't bill insurance directly. Cost shouldn't be the thing that keeps you out of the room — if money is the hesitation, reach out anyway.
